- Username: user.domain. For example: john@mycompany (no .com)
- Note: If your e-mail client has a "This Server Requires Authentication" or a similar option in the outgoing mail (SMTP) settings, please check that option.
- Note: If your e-mail client has a "Logon Using Secure Authentication", "Use SSL" or a similar option in the outgoing mail (SMTP) settings, please uncheck that option.
